Bidding for the entire auction opens Saturday, August 23 at 8:00PM CST. Each section of the auction will close on a designated day at 8:00PM. If there is active bidding on a lot at 8:00PM, the bidding will continue until 5 minutes have passed by without further bidding activity.

All auction lots have an auction closing time of 8:00PM.  However, if
someone bids within the last 5 minutes of the auction (7:55 - 8:00PM),
the auction closing time will be extended by 5 minutes to 8:05PM.

Example: if someone bids at 7:56PM, the auction closing time for that
item/lot will be 8:05PM.  Even if another bidder bids at 7:59PM, the
auction closing time will remain 8:05PM, as this bid was made within 5
minutes of 8:05PM.

Now, if another bidder bids at 8:01PM, this bid is within 5 minutes of
the new auction closing time (8:05PM) so the  closing time will be
extended by 5  minutes to 8:10PM.

Then, if someone bids between 8:05PM and 8:10PM, the auction closing
time will be extended by another 5 minutes to 8:15PM. 

In summary, any activity within the last 5 minutes of the current
auction closing time will extend the bidding by 5 minutes.  Do not use your
bid history time alone to determine the auction closing time.
